This Access Code is subject to the terms and conditions herein and those set forth at enjoy.myweekcertificate.com  This Access code  will allow the user confirm eight (8) day and seven (7) night vacation weeks only at a participating RCI (“RCI”) affiliated resort and applicable redemption fees apply. Accommodations at RCI affiliated resorts are subject to availability. Not all RCI affiliated resorts may be available. Vacation weeks commence only on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays and not on any other days. Certain affiliated resorts may also provide resort services under an All Inclusive Program.

 

Booking requests can be made from three hundred and sixty five days (365) to two (2) days prior to travel date. You must receive written confirmation. The Access Code is valid for 12 (twelve) months from its activation. Member must complete the confirmed vacation week before the Access Code’s date of expiration. All requests for accommodations under this Access Code will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Access Code and accommodations are not to be used for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, rental or sale of underlying accommodations. This Access Code may not be returned for cash or exchanged, and is void if altered or otherwise reproduced. The resort services must be confirmed and used prior to the Access Code’s expiration. All resorts, accommodation, unit capacity, and destinations are subject to availability. In addition to these Terms and Conditions and those set forth at enjoy.myweekcertificate.com Users must also comply with all applicable resort terms, conditions, policies and procedures. Some black-out dates may apply; accommodations may not be valid on holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, Easter and US Thanksgiving). Please note that availability decreases during peak periods. Cancellation penalties apply. This offer is not valid for groups holding one or more Access Codes and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

 

Confirmations must be paid with credit card. No other payment methods will be accepted. User acknowledges that activation and/or redemption prices may be charged in local currency based on the exchange rate established by his/her Credit Card Company. User is responsible for all charges incurred in excess of this offer including, but not limited to, changes in itinerary, upgrades, surcharges and government charges, entertainment, beverages, meals, taxes, air/ground transportation, tours, golf green fees, personal expenses, utility or security deposits and other fees or charges levied by the resort for the use of resort amenities and facilities. You are responsible for purchasing, if you decide to do so, travel insurance. Number of people staying at assigned unit may not exceed maximum occupancy set forth by resort.

 

User must be 21 (twenty one) years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 (twenty one) years must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 (twenty five) years of age or older. User guests and family must occupy and use any confirmed accommodation in a responsible, careful, and secure manner and must comply with all rules and requirements of the resort. Users are responsible and liable for any damage, theft or loss caused by User and his or her guests and family on the premises, facilities or constructions of the resort.

 

If RCI, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any third party designated as the company that serves as call-center or service provider (together “RCI”) are prevented, hindered or delayed in the performance of any obligation hereunder, including, but not limited to the confirmation of Accommodation, due to an Event of Force Majeure (as defined below) beyond its reasonable control, and which cannot reasonably be circumvented by RCI and /or Client through the use of alternate sources or other means, then RCI and /or Client shall be excused from further performance upon written notice to the affected user of this Access Code stating the reason for such non-performance. The term “Event of Force Majeure”, as used herein, shall include but not be limited to: (i) an act of God or public enemy, fire, explosion, perils of the sea, lightning, earthquake, storm, flood, declared or undeclared war, revolution, insurrection, riot, act of piracy, act of terrorism, sabotage, blockade, embargo, accident, epidemic or quarantine; (ii) action by a governmental authority which prevents or delays performance of RCI obligations hereunder; or (iii) a strike, lockout or other labor unrest resulting from any cause and whether or not the demands of the employees involved are reasonable or within RCI’s power to concede. Notwithstanding RCI’s inability to perform any obligation hereunder, the obligations of the user of this Access Code hereunder shall continue.

 

RCI DOES NOT CONTROL THE RESORT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESORT’S ACTIONS OR INACTIONS. IF USER AND/OR USER’S GUESTS SHOULD INCUR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE THROUGH THE USE OF THIS ACCESS CODE, RCI’S LIABILITY FOR SUCH INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY USER TO RCI IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS ACCESS CODE, AND IN NO EVENT WILL RCI AND/OR CLIENT BE LIABLE TO USER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS) ARISING FROM, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ACCESS CODE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

 

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of RCI. Offer void where prohibited by law.

 

User acknowledges that by activating this Access Code he/she has been notified and accepts any changes of these terms and conditions. This offer is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees or family members of the Resort or RCI. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

 

The User hereby acknowledges that the access, coupons, and any other material or service  that constitute the Promotion are related with services that are rendered by each one of the different companies which data and contact information are contained in such material. In addition, the User also acknowledges that the Resort and their affiliates are not responsible for the services described in the web page; therefore, any claim arising out from the rendering of such services will have to be directly submitted to those providers of services.

 

The User consents to RCI to market similar and/or related offers to the User through use of telephone, e-mail, and mail promotions and offers unless the User notifies RCI otherwise.

 

All the intellectual property rights on this Access Code is owned or licensed by RCI. All rights reserved.

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed under the laws of Mexico City, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action in law or equity by user or user’s guest, who is either vacationing with user or who is traveling under a separate confirmation, to seek remedy against RCI, its associated entities, designees, or contractors must be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mexico City, Mexico. USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY. In the event any legal action is initiated by user or user’s guest and RCI prevails, user or user’s guest shall without limitation, pay all costs incurred by RCI in defending such action, including reasonable attorney’s fees, paralegal fees and court costs.

 

Terms and conditions of $100 Discount Card

 

Promotion valid within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery of the package. The $100 Usd discount will be valid for weeks reservation benefit. Some resorts may have Mandatory All-Inclusive Rates, which must be paid directly on the property under the terms and conditions indicated therein. The end user acknowledges that Your My week certificate® is not responsible for the provision of the services of the booked reservation, any claim related to the provision of such services must be made directly to the final service providers.
